We process payments securely via Shopify Payments. Depending on your location, we accept:

Local methods supported by Shopify Payments in your region (e.g., iDEAL, Bancontact, EPS, etc., where enabled)
Currency
All prices are shown in customer country based. If you check out in another currency, your bank or provider may apply conversion rates and fees.
Billing & Authorization

Your card/wallet will be charged at checkout.

Some orders may show a temporary authorization which is released per your bank’s policy.

Orders may be held for verification to protect customers from fraud.
Taxes & VAT
Applicable taxes/VAT are calculated at checkout based on shipping destination and current regulations. Business customers: please add valid VAT details at checkout (where supported).
Shop Pay & Installments
Where available, Shop Pay may offer accelerated checkout and installment options. Eligibility, terms, and disclosures are presented during checkout by Shopify/partners. Installments are subject to approval and may not be available in all regions or for all carts.
Security
Payments are processed on Shopify’s PCI-DSS compliant platform. We never store full card details on our servers. 3D Secure/Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) may be required for certain transactions.
Declined or Failed Payments
If your payment fails, please:

confirm card details, funds, and 3D Secure codes; 2) try another method; or 3) contact your bank. You can also contact us for help before re-attempting.
Pricing, Promotions & Errors
Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. If a pricing or payment error occurs, we may cancel and refund the order after notifying you.
Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/wallet (typically 3–10 business days after we process the refund). If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.
Invoices
Order confirmations and invoices are sent by email. [If you need a VAT invoice, contact us with your order details & VAT details.]
