Product Information

Scaffold half coupler with welded bolt is used to attach a single scaffold tube to a structural element such as wooden beams for better scaffold stability. It has a welded bolt for fixing into wood or concrete to secure the tube and serves as an anchor coupler.

Screw-on scaffolding coupler features a threaded bolt, SW nut and strong clamp jaw that provide secure scaffold tube connection. Drop-forged galvanised steel makes it corrosion-resistant and provides high tensile strength and strong load-bearing support.

You can use this scaffold tube clamp in tube and coupler scaffolding. Also, for fixing and connecting scaffold tubes in facade scaffolding, freestyle scaffolding, tubular scaffolding and support structures used in construction, maintenance and repair work.

Position the structural element (wooden beam) and drill a hole in it. Insert the welded bolt into the element. Tighten a nut on the opposite side to secure it. Then open the half coupler, place it around the scaffold tube and close and secure it.

Our screw on couplings have a threaded screw welded into the lower part of the coupling with a diameter of 12 mm and can thus be screwed to a wooden beam, for example, and thus offer the possibility of establishing a connection to a scaffolding tube.
