You need one beam shoe with a right-hand lug and one with a left-hand lug to connect wooden beams to other posts, masonry, or concrete, similar to multi-truss hangers.

You receive a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves our warehouse. Heavy or oversized goods may ship by pallet — any surcharge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Returns & refunds
30 days to change your mind. Under EU law you may cancel within 14 days — we give you a full 30 days from delivery. A flat €9 return fee applies, the same across every country.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging.
- If you return because of a wrong choice on your side, the €9 return shipping is deducted from your refund.
- If a product is damaged through incorrect use or assembly, the refund may be reduced or declined.
- The €9 return shipping fee does not apply to pallet shipments. Please contact support for pallet shipment returns.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving your return.
